The Church has provided several videos that show how a Aaronic Priesthood Quorum should function properly. Each member of the quorum, presidency member or not, should review this information and the video content.

2nd Annual Slide and Freeze Campout
Jan 9-10th was the 2nd Annual Timblefork Slide and Freeze Campout up AF Canyon. After Berk only going back home twice for more gear, and a quick ride up the canyon, we arrived at the parking lot. Taking in the fresh mountain air and singing a cheery tune (not out loud), the troop made a short (3/4 mile) hike to the camp-site above the road and creek.
Activities began immediately to setup tent city by digging out snow for each site. Once completed, the sledding by moonlight began in earnest. Sledding completed for now, and after dinner, it was the competition of who could come closest to becoming a popsicle without actually expiring.
Morning meant fire and warmth. After more death-defying sledding feats, it was time to pack up and move on down the trail.
Can't wait for the 3rd Annual Slide and Freeze next year!!
Wait. Isn't the sled supposed to be on the bottom and the scout on top?
